In this article we’re providing free education to help you on your journey to find that right opportunity for yourself. If you do your due diligence and try the own products and you decide that own isn’t a right fit for you. At the very least we want to set you up with the proper information to protect yourself and your goals of accomplishing time and financial freedom elsewhere. Chances are you’re new, struggling or failing. You need to make sure that whatever choice you make concerning the person, people, team or company that you choose to join or align yourself with the right people who have things in place to get you to your desired destination.
YOUR SPONSOR MUST CHECK OUT FIRST THEN THE TEAM’S LEADERSHIP
If people really join people then the first part of the process of doing your due diligence is finding out about the person who is going to be your direct sponsor. If they’re apart of a team then after you see if your direct sponsor is worth your time then look at the team’s leadership. Regardless of your level if you’re new, struggling, failing or successful you should ask yourself why “should I join my sponsor or the team my sponsor is apart of as opposed to another team somewhere else”? Look for and ask the following
*why are you in this industry? – the purpose is to find the values of the person to see if they reflect yours or are close to yours finding common ground.
*how long have you been in this industry? – the purpose is to find out how solid and stable the individual is. ( you don’t want to join someone who is not fully committed, you certainly don’t want to join someone who is just going to drag you all over the industry by going from company to company, business to business and program to program.
*what were you doing before the current business/program/opportunity? – you need to see history of consistency, a history of loyalty, a history of reliability and dependability.
PEOPLE OF REAL SUBSTANCE WILL NOT HAVE A PROBLEM BEING TRANSPARENT AND SHOULD APPRECIATE AND WELCOME THESE QUESTIONS! IF THEY’RE NOT RECEPTIVE IS A MASSIVE REDFLAG!
- *how long were you apart of the previous business/program/opportunity? – you need to find out if their reasons for leaving/joining are legit. you need to know if they are someone who is really a leader or if they are just following the hype.
- *what made you join the previous business/program/opportunity? – many people use the same excuses to repeat the same behaviors over again. This is not okay and should definitely be a red flag.
*what made you leave the previous business/program/opportunity? – people that go from place to place generally do so because they lack skill to make what they are involved in a success. Even successful people do this. Instead of figure out the problems and providing solutions it’s easier to hop to the next thing.
*find out why they joined their current business/program/opportunity. – multiple streams is not a good reason, especially for a new, struggling or failing individual. If it’s the same reasons they join the previous opportunity that should be a red flag. They should be able to provide you a more realistic solid yet distinctive reason that makes logical sense. If it is for the “exact same reason” they should of just stayed where they were. It doesn’t make sense to leave one thing to go join the exact same thing that you left. It’s like working for Mcdonalds for $10/hour to go work at burger king for $10/hour. Why go through the hassle?

These are the people regardless if they are visible or remain anonymous that are responsible for putting the capitol together to jump through all of the legal hoops of getting a company/business registered allowing it to become an option for others to participate in.
You always want to look to other sources beyond the company’s website to find out if they have a fradulent or criminal record related to financial crimes. Even if they have done time in the past not related to our industry I wouldn’t hold that against them. The only concern is have they ever had an issue paying people? Have they illegally withheld commission? Are they running an illegal pyramid or a ponzi scheme? Have they ever been involved in anything that mishandled people’s finances. If you find that they have then its a huge red flag.
